This jam is made from figs collected in Garfagnana orchards; excellent in breakfasts made from bread, butter and jam; for confectionery products such as tarts, shortbread biscuits; it is the most appreciated jam to be combined with cheeses, both seasoned and fresh.
Ingredients: Raspberries, sugar, gelling: pectin. Fruit used 60g per 100g of finished product. Total sugars 55g per 100g of product.
