To ensure a good preservation, the product is shipped with refrigerated transport at controlled temperature.

The Staff of It's Tuscany will indicate feasibility and delivery times. Shipping subject to conditions determined by the place of destination indicated at the time of order.

 

The meat comes from farms of Cooperativa Agricola  Pomonte. The Maremma is the preferred area for stockbreeding: here the animals are reared again as it once was and great attention is given to the traceability of the final product.

The assorted Pack of Maremma beef is available in sizes from 5 kg and 10 kg.

5 kg mixed Pack contains:

• 1 kg of extra slices
• 1 kg of boneless steak
• 1 kg of beef stew
• 1 kg of ground meat sauce
• 1 kg of boiled with bone

The 10 Kg mixed Pack contains:

• 2 kg of extra slices
• 1.5 kg of boneless steak
• 1.5 kg of beef stew
• 2 kg of milled from meat sauce
• 2 kg of boiled with bone
• 1 kg of lean ground
