The company was founded in 1994 at the behest of the owner, Cecilia solemn, with the objective of making known the typical Sienese confectionery in respect of two values: the quality of the raw materials and the excellence of the craftsmanship. • Ricciarelli, excellence of Sienese almond pastry wares, whose origins date back to a noble family Della Gherardesca invented them returning from the Crusades;
• Cavallucci, flavorful spices, rich Tuscan cookies nuts and marshmallows;
• Panforte, typical of Siena, among the oldest and of noble birth for expensive ingredients that were used to prepare it;
• Amaretti, traditional biscuits fragrant with almonds.
