The point of persistence is the selection of raw materials based on variety, origin, product characteristics and freshness, such as Italian milleflower honey, selected almonds of higher quality or candied fruit prepared by suppliers according to predetermined requirements. It follows a production process made according to the original recipes of the Senese SweetEry Tradition, inherited from the master bakers.
Inside the package there is a Panforte Margherita, a gingerbread, curlers and Tuscan almond cantucci.
