Ingredients: pork meat, salt, sugar (dextrose and sucrose), natural flavors (spices), ascorbic acid (E300), preservatives (E252, E250). The fennel variant also contains fennel 0.005%; the variant with wild boar also includes wild boar meat 50%. It does not contain allergens, it does not contain gluten.
