Mature wine and aged in oak barrels. it has ruby color tending to garots, with excellent fruity, soft and fine. The vineyards, all merged, oriented at noon, perfectly sunny, insist on hilly soils of various composition, particularly suitable to produce high quality grapes, thus giving the wine peculiarities such as to emphasize the characteristics of Chianti.

Grapes: 85% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, 8% Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti, 2% other red berry grapes.

Sensory features: Color: ruby red with bright reflections, tending to garots. Perfume: fruity (marasca, pomegranate) floral (rose canine), tertiary (cinnamon and liquorice).

Taste: the wine enters the mouth decisively, wraps the palate with the tannin still supported by good acidity.

Alcohol: 13% Vol Recommended gastronomic pairings: suitable for roasts and grilled meats, it binds very well with game and mature cheeses Serve at a temperature of 18-20 degrees C.
