It is a wine that comes from the winemaking of Sangiovese grapes, macerated on the skins for about 12 hours and fermented later in steel.

Sensory features: waxy pink wine, delicately fruity (forest strawberries and cherry), with floral notes of rosehip. Fresh wine, quite balanced with a slight final flavor.
