The Estate produces with love a small but precious selection of organic and biodynamic wines and olive oil.
Sangiovese is mainly cultivated on the rows and the wine produced brings the character of this vine from the heart of Tuscany: genuineness, eleganceand refinement, which result in exceptional drinkability.
The location of the winery is truly spectacular:a terrace overlooking the soft hills of the Val d'Orcia, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards and style environments, created to best welcome visitors and tasters of local delicacies.
The wines of the Estate are called Aetos which in Ancient Greek means eagle, the majestic queen of the skies,which has always been the symbol of the family's farms.
Aetos wines are produced with commitment and passion,following the organic specification supported by the principles of biodynamic cultivation,they are the typical expression of the territory in the heart of Tuscany, its soil and its climate.
