Red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes of certified organic viticulture . The grapes, harvested by hand, ferment spontaneously thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts in special cement vats from France. After malolactic fermentation in steel, the wine is aged for at least 24 months in barriques and small oak barrels. In total the refinement is at least 30 months in total.
