EXTRAVIRGIN OLIVE OIL D.O.P.

The seasoning from the sweet taste of the Lucchesia

The extravirgin olive oil DOP is a perfect combination of varieties of olive trees of Lucchesia from 90% of tantalising cuts, of leccino until 30% and other minor varieties up to 15%.

Today is exported all over the world helping to make their area of origin one of the biggest producers of oil. The special thing about this product is the fact that the breed Tuscany of the Haflinger horses grazing in the wild by contributing to the natural soil fertilization.

The harvest from October until the end of December is done by hand and oil extraction is done in the traditional way through mechanical means, without the use of chemicals. DOP oil has an intense yellow colour with greenish tints and with a sweet taste from spicy hints. Is the ideal seasoning for fettunta, bread that is toasted and seasoned with salt and oil, great for picnics or Tuscan snacks.
