The taste of the food and wine of typical Tuscan Lunigiana

Sapori, is the most important food and wine event of the Lunigiana, an unmissable event in June that blends culture and tradition with the aim of promoting the excellence of the territory, three ancient routes of Fivizzano .

Every year, the small producers themselves through the streets carrying the scents of land products, their stories and their recipes within a review of wines, sweets and other typical characteristics of Lunigiana and the province of Massa-Carrara. In Fivizzano, Tuscany shows itself through its customs, with the best has to offer, within a picturesque setting and still retains the medieval charm and customs of a past never forgot.

Sapori comes in all the squares, reaches the narrow streets adorned by colorful shops, reaching up inside the Augustinian convent and the lovely garden of the friars. Sapori is culture through conferences and the reminder of the ancients the tradesmen, get-together with the folklore that accompany any event and with the rich food and wine tours.

On the eve of the summer the town is tinged with a thousand colors, in a festive atmosphere with music and dancing, with the attention of those who care about their territory, values and culinary excellence that have made it big Lunigiana and traditional Tuscan cuisine. An event now in its 17th Edition, and that as a result of its importance assigns each year the Prize Flavors Municipality of Fivizzano corroborate this particular Tuscan experience.
