Weekend dedicated to the traditional bread of Valdichiana
From Friday 22 to Sunday 24 June 2018 in Piazza, a district of the town of Cetona, in the province of Siena, will host the Sagra del Bico.
The event, now in its 21st Edition, in the penultimate weekend of June will pay tribute to this poor bread baked in a wood resembling a piadina, typical poor peasant cuisine of the Valdichiana.
The food stands, which will be open every evening and Sunday also for lunch, will offer the bico stuffed with cheeses and meats of the area or in its sweet version.
