An excellence of Tuscan production

There is a production of cherries in Tuscany very rich, not only because of the delicate flavor and unmistakable, but for bushels of fruit that Valdera grants every year.

Is the Ciliegie della Valdera, with very special crop. The only production of Casciana Terme Lari covers the 0.03% national harvest, 500 tons every year, which is equivalent to 50% of the entire region.

Its 19 varieties (Precoce di Cevoli, Gambolungo, Cuore, Siso, Papalina, Del paretaio, Morella del Meini, Di Nello, Di Guglielmo, Orlando, Elia, Morella, Di giardino, Marchianella di Lari, Usigliano, Morellona tardiva, Marchiana, Montemagno, Crognola) make it perfect for sweetening Tuscan tables and to create tasty jams handmade you can enjoy fresh during the summer.
