Dinner of Mrs Franca is a unique experience!

Renowned throughout the area, is a serene and convivial meeting satisfying, rich in aromas, flavors and variety.

The ingredients are all meats, from kitchen gardens and farms nearby and cooked with the skilful chefs ' imagination. pig split leather is one of the flagships of the kitchen: flavored since the day before with aromas, is cooked slowly suspended on wire rack to make it soft and juicy, but not greasy, the meat.
