Tordello della Versilia

A traditional delicacy

In the culinary tradition of Versilia there is a dish look good and tasty to eat. The famous Tordelli Versilia just looking at them makes your mouth water and the D shape paradise invites you to think of a rich filling and delicious.

The deliciousness of this dish is undoubted, the content of this big meat ravioli consists of a dough cooked with nutmeg, pepper and thyme, which goes to blend with the typical beet mild flavor.

Fresh pasta, where the filling is enclosed, usually not processed too so as to be rustic and therefore able to collect the best Bolognese Sauce, gravy is ideal for this traditional dish.
