Pistoia Blues Festival

The first Italian festival dedicated to Blues

July is the month of Pistoia Blues, the oldest Italian festival dedicated to Italy's blues music. An event which binds Pistoia to the big names of Italian and international music from 1980, a tradition enjoyed by many people.

The art of Pistoia and the beauty of piazza Duomo, its small but charming squares, mingle with the quality of the likes of Bob Dylan, Lou Reed, Ronnie Wood, David Bowie, Franco Battiato, Alex Britt and Zucchero. Excellence in the music scene that made the city ideal for Pistoia Blues.

The festival is an institution, an unmissable Tuscan summer. An opportunity to immerse yourself in the historic charm and enjoy the open air concerts in a unique atmosphere, with many parallel events that will accompany the visitors to discover the region.

Almost thirty years of music in the heart of the Montagna Pistoiese, in a city that embraces arts and entertainment. The Pistoia Blues Festival is an event that allows you to discover Tuscany in a different guise, in a colorful juvenile and celebration, featuring the history and culture of a wonderful city.
