Unique fruit, excellence made in Tuscany

Marrone del Mugello IGP is a typical fruit in Tuscany, a special variety of chestnut, ideal to taste toasted, ideal for creating delicious desserts.

The chestnut is a product of the Mugello lucky news already in Roman times, impossible to confuse its white flesh is capable of releasing a sweet taste. The many chestnut trees scattered in the territory allowed a rich collection, which has earned the name of breadfruit.
