The Farm La Striscia is a hotel located in the vineyards of the Aretine Hills. The villa has belonged to the Occhini family since the 18th century and is only a kilometer away from the center of Arezzo.

The Farm offers its customers interesting and original experiences, including:

• the School of Fresco directed by Dr. Laura Ghezzi;
• watercolor school;
• the winery and wine tasting and local products.

The estate is run by Alexandra La Capria, daughter of the well-known theatre and television actress, Ilaria Occhini, along with her husband Mete Nisari, a prominent successful architect in Istanbul. Together they have restored and transformed the Farm into 4 apartments and 3 suites with a refined taste and full of charm. Each apartment is furnished with antique furniture, warm hues and finished with the old mirrors of the manor house.

Villa La Striscia also offers dinner at either the Alexandra Loft restaurant or in the vineyards surrounded by an intimate and familiar atmosphere.
