The farm of the family Baker was born in the splendila area ofAmiata, near the town of Arcidosso (GR). The "Podere dei Frati" and "La poderina" are at the heart of the property, two imposing farmhouses dating back to 1700 restored with love and respecting the original architectural characteristics.

The company covers an area considerably, about forty hectares, and has a pure air and a lush natural environment: a corner of paradise in the Tuscan countryside.

The family Baker apart from the cultivation of olive trees and chestnut trees also deals withfarming of sheep, goats, calves and pigs graze freely among green fields surrounding the property.

Stefan Baker works meat following the teachings of the grandparents and the products that emerge from this skillful workmanship are veritable delicacies. Cold cuts and fresh meat (beef, lamb and pork) are specialities which can be purchased directly at the family butcher shop that is located in the Centre of the village of Arcidosso.

Another strong point is thehospitalityof Bindi: the structures dedicated to the hospitality sector are the two ancient farms, which have been split into several flats, and B & B Amiata site to Arcidosso. Availability and courtesy of the owners allow to establish a friendly relationship but never pushy with guests who, in the case of the farm, are also involved in the various activities of the farm.

The family Baker and the natural beauty of the Monte Amiata await anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing stay and quality Tuscan food products .

Passion for breeding, hospitality and nature

The Bindi family has always dealt with breeding and hospitality. Monte Amiata is the protagonist of both the agricultural company and the structures linked to hospitality. The slopes of the Amiata are one of the most characteristic and natural areas of Tuscany, a place where time seems to stand still.

Barbecue place

Salami and meat as well as being sold at the family butcher's shop can be savored at the "La Brusta" steak shop. The most famous dishes are cold cuts, grilled meats, handmade pasta and tasty soups.
