From March to June of wool on display in Casentino
From March 10 until 3 June 2018 at the Museo dell'arte della Lana in Pratovecchio Stia Arezzo, will host the exhibition "Lanificio di Gabriele Grisolini: Weaver's last, first designer of Casentino cloth" . Tribute to the man who contributed to the fame of lanificio di Stia and traditional processing of Casentino cloth.
The route crosses the long career of Gabriele as Weaver and designer, with an exhibition of garments, fabrics, papers and photos. From an early age, in 1961 just 21 years old, he founded his own company known today as "Tessilnova"; years later, in 1996, moved by passion for the history of the mill, where his business is located, he engaged in the creation of a "documentary exhibition on the historic Lanificio di's" first important step towards what was to become the Museum.
Fundamental contribution to the preparation of the exhibition collaboration with Gabriele's son, Claudio Grisolini, along with the "Lab we pass".
