The Chianti Reserve DOCG of Castelfalfi comes from Sangiovese grapes, made softer and round by a small percentage of Colorino grapes. With a bright red color with grenade reflections, the Cerchiaia Reserve gives off floral notes and small red fruits. The full and structured taste of aged Sangiovese is ideal to accompany the typical mediterranean cuisine.
