Across the country in celebration
Saturday 3 February 2018 we celebrate Saint Blaise, Patron Saint of Scrofiano, a frazione of the comune of Sinalunga.
The particularity of this celebration is the "Bat", which is a trophy made of pieces of dough of wheat flour and eggs, cooked by the women of the village.
At 15 will begin on "Poker Parade" which will finish with the mass in the Church of the Collegiata.
After the celebration, the trophy will be unpacked and donated to the citizens of Sows as a good omen for the new year.
