The challenge of the soup

Throughout the month of February 2018 chefs of Lucca and province will fight with ladles to win the prize for the best dish of the year, tantalising cuts soup tradition.

During the final of 10 March, a jury will decide the winner. Each evening will present an ingredient that makes up the soup.
