The Certosa di Calci

The part dedicated to the National Museum of the Charterhouse Monumental Calci is a journey to discover the world of the Carthusian monks and their life is made of rigor, meditation and contemplation in environments that strike again today for the glitz and the splendor of decorations; from the monumental cloister, the frescoes of the many chapels and large refectory for Sunday lunches.

In the section devoted to the natural history museum, warehouses, basements, the mill and other locals "humble" living a new life by hosting the prestigious collections of the Museum are divided into the areas of Zoology, paleontology and minerologia.
