Tenuta Mariani is a Tuscan farmhouse situated in Versilia, halfway between Viareggio and Lucca, Bozzano, Massarosa.

The estate covers around 12 acres in the hills of Massarosa, overlooked by the Massaciuccoli Lake and the Park of Migliarino and San Rossore, the green of the olive groves and vineyards. Over 8 hectares are destined to vineyards, olive groves, Woods, ancient and a farmhouse overlooking the nature reserve.

The Manor Farmhouse, dating back to 1791 was renovated in recent years in perfect Tuscan style and now shows all the features of yesteryear and the rooms at theFarm and holiday homes.

The owners, moved by love and passion, treat the reception of guests in spacious and bright apartments furnished and offer the real Tuscan style through the pluses of the estate: a pleasant moment at the edge of the pool, the true relaxation that only the apartments and independent rooms of varying types can provide.

Tenuta Mariani is not only accommodation but also tasting Tuscany. Inside you can enjoy all the taste of traditional products through the excellent olive oil and wine, spearheads of the farm. Production by 2012, in biological conversion, and certified organic by 2015.
