Smoked salt flavored with red wine
A high quality sea salt, smoked over beech wood and flavored with red wine.
For this reason salt is used a wine produced on the island of Elba from The Company closed.
Smoke time is added to the wine to moisten the beech wood that will be able to release more flavor, conferring a more intense aroma.
Directions for use:
the salt you can use using a salt mill for meat dishes. In a single gesture, not only gives the dish a hint of smoked, but also the good taste of wine. Salt is also suitable for risotto, during mixing.
