Smoked sea salt and citrus flavored
A top quality sea salt is smoked over beech wood and spices, and then use the lemons grown inside of the garden of Elba to taste without added chemicals. Adding orange peel in the smoking process, which are also the result of the harvest throughout the enterprise and free from substances insecticide, gives the rooms a unique taste.
Citrus rinds are also added in the grate, with beech wood smoke time, giving the rooms a more aromatic note.

The salt you can use using a salt to give more taste and texture to meat or fish dishes, but also to dress a simple salad.
