WE RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF MULTIPLE UNITS IN A SINGLE ORDER

Vinification: fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats; the extraction of Polyphenolic component is achieved through numerous replacements; post fermentation maceration of about 18 days and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel

Aging: about 20 months in oak barrels of third and fourth step

Title: Igt Toscana Pugnitello

Alcohol content: 14% vol

Acidity: 6, 56g/l

Residual sugar: 1, g/l

Colour: intense red with violet reflections

Aroma: intense and complex; ripe fruit in spirit with herbaceous notes typical of Pugnitello; hints of wood well balanced

Taste: strong feeling of warmth accompanied by a pronounced acidity. Quite tannic, conveys a feeling of dryness; good persistence

Pairings: red meats, especially stews and game; cheeses

Serving temperature: 18° C

Maturation potential: 10 years

Sizes available: Bordolese bottle from 0.75 lt and magnum of 1.5 lt
