Nestled in the heart of the Maremma, between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto in the characteristic village of Chiusdino, lies the Pasticceria Ragghianti Paolo who for over thirty years, with undiminished passion, is dedicated to the production of sweets and typical Senese biscuits.

Paolo, the owner, started the business in 1985 continuing the art and tradition of an uncle, who managed a wood oven in the 50s. Thanks to the love for raw materials coming from his own land, the passion for the profession and for the flavors of Tuscany, he makes every day highest quality natural products.

Following the typical senese recipes, lab has rediscovered and reworked by translating them into very fine pastry. The flavors of Pasticceria Ragghianti Paolo evoke the beauty and authenticity of Tuscany and of the small medieval town of Siena, where the lab.

A range of scents and aromas lead between the characteristic streets of the small country, in the middle of the Val di Merse, until the pastry, which welcomes its clients with the proverbial hospitality of Tuscany and the unique flavours Made in Tuscany.

Creativity, carefully selected raw materials and love for confectionery make the Pasticceria Ragghianti Paolo products unmissable delicacies.
