The recipes of Vallino are interpreted by following these principles, made with meats and vegetables that make the delicacy of their products. A unique selection, always looking for the authentic flavor to pasta dishes, condiments and seconds.

  • The pasta is handmade, prepared with wheat bran how pappardelle Maremma, or by adding flour as the noodles;
