Golden Pasimata dessert contest Garfagnana

Saturday of Easter traditions in Garfagnana

Saturday 17 March 2018 at Castelnuovo Garfagnana will be held the contest "The Golden Garfagnana Pasimata dessert".

The event, as it commemorates his name, is dedicated to the Pasimata dessert, sweet Easter tradition of Garfagnana much like a cake.

The race involves the Division of participants into two categories, one dedicated to pastry shops of the place and a more amateur, dedicated to non-professional pastry chefs.

The winner of the Professional category will receive a plaque and the labels to be affixed on the sweet with the inscription "Pastimata d'Oro Garfagnina 2018", while the pie amateur better will receive a voucher purchases of 100 euro.

Judging the contestants will be a jury of her and members of the Slow Food Association and Fipe.
