In 1979 Carlo Zini, a boy full of passion, decided to open his first bakery near Florence località Cascine del Riccio, dealing with handicraft production and sale of bakery products.

The commitment, the hard work and the dedication have led him in 1993 to expand the workshop in a shed of 600 sqm with 4 outlets. The family-run company is specialized in all kinds of bakery in full respect of the Tuscan tradition.

Products like bread, mashed and sweet of Forno Zini are sourced from both the large distribution (GDO) and various local shops. In addition, collaboration with UNICOOP Toscana which guarantees solidity and continuity.

Constant striving to maintain and improve quality standards allowed Forno Zini craft to expand its production line thanks to machinery semi-auto. These were built specifically on designing Luca Zini.

The oven is also a pastry shop, where they are produced all the best pastry delicacies such as: biscuits, biscotti, cakes, panforte, Panettone and Colomba.

The company, increasingly growing and cutting-edge, expands to a possible collaboration with a famous Spanish distributor and manufacturer, who has expressed a willingness to have among its products those 100% Made in Tuscany of the Forno Zini .

A genuine and totally handmade product

Forno​ Zini began producing a specialty in 2014: the croccantella. It is a dry and crumbly "schiacciatinaavailable in various flavors: Multigrain, corn and sunflower seeds, potatoes, Rosemary, olive oil, turmeric and Chia seeds, farro, garlic, oil and chilli pepper, quinoa and chia seed, amaranth. Within four years the exclusive product present in UNICOOP Toscana and its supply was consolidated at the national level with distributors in major Italian cities.
