Discovering the museum dedicated to Pinocchio

A journey through the places which bring to life the history of the world's most famous puppet

"The adventures of Pinocchio. Story of a puppet " is one of the classics of Italian literature for boys most famous in the world.

 

Its author Carlo Lorenzini, known as Collodi (pseudonym chosen for the native country of his mother) was born in Florence and is today known as the father of the world's most famous puppet.

The first Pinocchio in film history is the comedian Ferdinand Guillaume. But it was also the protagonist of cinema with Benigni in 2002, in a carton Disney voice was entrusted to Dickie Jones, known child actor of American cinema.

Pinocchio is Tan and we have proof in many tracks here and there in the story written by Collodi and works and parks set up in Tuscany.

 

Museum and Park of Pinocchio in Collodi

The Park of Pinocchio is entirely devoted to the novel by Carlo Lorenzini. It was opened in 1956 and is full of statues, mosaics and small buildings. Inside, you can relive all the places through which wind through the adventures of the puppet. You can also visit the Museum of Pinocchio find out various activities for boys who come here periodically organized.
