Red wine Grand DOCG Selection of 2012

Color: intense ruby red; complex and varied scent with notes of red fruits.

Taste: savory, balanced, good tannicity and long persistence.

Production: produced with grapes exclusively from the 2 hectares of vineyards owned by the company, in a stony soil of galestro, located in an area equipped with a dry and ventilated microclimate, where the daytime and night temperature alternate to enhance the aromatic heritage of the grapes. The compliance with the maximum yield limit of grapes allowed for production, is obtained through an accurate choice of grapes, both during harvesting and during sorting.

Refinement: in Oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years and subsequent glass refinement.
