Our "Chianti" is a wine in Designation of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed, obtained from the winemaking of red grapes from land located in the hills around Florence. Cultivation according to the biological method, with organic fertilisations, without the use of synthetic products guarantees the utmost respect for nature.

Chianti wine with a medium ruby red color, clear, characteristic floral scent with hints of violet and peach flower, hints even balsamic in the finale. Medium body and elegant tannins with slightly almond aftertaste characteristic of Chianti. Good persistence and balanced acidity.

Made from Sangiovese grapes 90%, Merlot 5%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%

Composition of the soil: clay with strong presence of skeleton

Breeding system: spurred cordon

Pairings: Tuscan cuisine, especially game, first with meat sauces, mature cheeses of sheep or goat, enjoyable at all meal.

Vinification: steel for 12 days and then a slow aging in tonneaux.
