The 8 June Pietrasanta plunges into the world of the marble quarries
On the evening of Friday 8 June 2018 Pietrasanta, renowned municipality of Versilia, is leading an interesting meeting on quarries and quarry workers.
The Muse, Virtual Museum of sculpture and architecture, is the promoter of the event that will feature as guest of honor the Chief quarry of the Henraux. The miner tells the many stories related to his work life in the marble quarries and meetings with artists. Don't miss the story of the encounter with the prestigious internationally acclaimed sculptor Henry Moore and with sculptor of Pietrasanta, Leone Tommasi.
