"Allori&Marinai Chef a Domicilio", is the brainchild of a pair of cooks who serve for four years of cooking at home, cooking lessons and cooking show.

Cinzia and Matteo come from two completely different worlds that have created a solid and successful enterprise. Both are driven by a passion for good food and an important ranks in the world of catering:

  • Cinzia she has extensive experience in cooking fish that has gained working in many restaurants in the area of Argentario;
  • Matteo, however, can boast of international collaborations that made it grow but never move it away from its roots and its true masters, the grandmothers and uncle Giuliano, who taught him the love of tradition and for the Maremma cuisine.

The dining experiences at home, proposed by these two chefs are veritable culinary journeys where every dish is designed to pay homage to their homeland. Each dish is prepared exclusively by using local ingredients, at km 0.

Black cow or pig meat are of Maremma, the fish is caught by fishing fleets in the sea of the Argentario, great wines and tasty oil, fruit, vegetables, eggs and flour come from small local farms.

In addition, "Allori&Marinai Chef a Domicilio" serves only fresh homemade pasta and cakes made using recipes and recommendations handed down by generations.
