Abetone Cutigliano

RECREATION IN THE SNOW THE MYSTERIOUS WOODS

Located on the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna, the Abetone is one of the most popular ski resorts in the Apennine mountains, at the foot of which lies Cutigliano. Surrounded by a forest of firs, beeches and pines, the Abetone is a recreational area that always welcomes sports enthusiasts. Cutigliano, is the center of the municipality. The place where the 14th-century Palazzo Pretorio source building and the Chiesa della Madonna di Piazza with its precious della Robbia ridge near the altar.

Abetone Cutigliano mixes perfectly the typical food of its territory with the ancient folk traditions. Has always been a land of mushrooms, chestnuts and fine wines with which they prepare traditional dishes and desserts in Pistoia.
