The history of Panificio Cafissi begins around the middle of the 1800, when Raffaello Cafissi started the activities in Catena of Quarrata.

It was later joined by son Nazzareno and his wife Giovannina, who introduced three ovens inside the laboratory.

Their children Othello and Luigi, expanded the business by introducing the fresh pasta.

Will Umberto, son of Otello and his wife Elisabetta to ferry the bakery activity to date, also introducing the wholesale and pastry.

Quality raw materials, theprocess craftsmanship and attention to detail are the ingredients of the success of Panificio Cafissi.

With passion and enthusiasm, from generation to generation, the Cafissi family continues the activity of the bakery maintaining the tradition but adapting it to new market demands.
