A lovely village surrounded by greenery

Those visiting Chianti and Greve in Chianti area cannot miss a visit to the fortified village of Montefioralle, which once called Monteficalle, for fig trees that grew around the Castle.

The picturesque village is perched and nestled in the Tuscan hills. Besides being the birthplace of the first Italian Explorer Amerigo Vespucci , this is also one of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and Italy.

Developed for concentric rings around the cassro, is full of stone alleys, old houses and breathtaking views. The Castle remained the wall and some remains of towers.
